International delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination country, customs processing and local postal services. Any import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

At Mane Hair Supplies, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extension products, we offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items but do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Colour Match & Change of Mind Policy

If the colour you’ve selected is not suitable or you’ve changed your mind, you may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:
- The product must be unused, unworn and unaltered.
- The product must remain in its original packaging.
- Any security seals, tags, ties or protective packaging must remain fully intact.
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or store credits on products that have been opened, worn, installed, brushed, washed, cut, coloured, toned or otherwise altered.

Products returned with signs of use, tampering or damage may be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@manehairsupplies.com and provide photographs along with a description of the issue.

We will assess each claim individually and, where appropriate, provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Professional Installation

For the best results, we strongly recommend that all permanent hair extension products are applied by a qualified and experienced hair professional.

Mane Hair Supplies cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from incorrect installation, removal, maintenance, aftercare, or application performed by an unqualified person.

Return Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome via email.

Please allow up to 14 business days for returns, exchanges and store credits to be processed from the date your return is received.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is deemed faulty or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as Mane Hair Supplies cannot be held responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
