Shipping Information

At Mane Hair Supplies, we make every effort to ensure your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are generally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

While we take every reasonable step to ensure prompt dispatch of your order, delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your parcel has been collected by the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s network, weather conditions, public holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

All products are carefully inspected and packaged before leaving our warehouse to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Processing Times

Most products are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. However, certain products, custom orders, wholesale orders, or large-volume purchases may require additional processing time before shipment.

If your order is affected by an extended processing timeframe, our team will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.

Australian Shipping

Standard Shipping:

• Flat Rate: $10 AUD
• Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days

Express Shipping:

• Flat Rate: $12 AUD
• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

While we will always assist customers with tracking enquiries and carrier investigations, Mane Hair Supplies cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage that occurs while a parcel is in transit with a third-party shipping provider.

If your parcel appears delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help locate your shipment.

Wholesale & Salon Orders

Mane Hair Supplies proudly supplies both retail customers and professional salons throughout Australia and internationally.

Wholesale, salon, and bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on stock availability and order volume. If additional time is required, our team will notify you as soon as possible.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

International shipping timeframes vary depending on customs processing, flight schedules, destination country regulations, and local postal networks. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are intended as a guide only.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can legally be imported into their country.
