Shipping policy

All orders are sent via Aus Post and are dispatched from Sydney. All orders placed before 2pm include same day Express Post dispatch, with most areas receiving the following business day. 

*SAME DAY DELIVERY SYDNEY: Please call before placing order for same day delivery. Fee's may apply. Orders must be placed before 3pm.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Express shipping costs $10 and is available on all orders within Australia and takes 2-3 business days. Express shipping orders are sent by Australia Post and come with tracking.

NEXT DAY / PLATINUM DELIVERY: Next day delivery costs $20 and is available on orders to our customers in Australia who live within the metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart and Darwin. You need to order before 3pm, Monday to Thursday for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery.
